Having either of those installed with SKSE memory fix contributes absolutely nothing. With SKSE memory fix installed, you do not need Safety Load or SSME - Skyrim Startup Memory Editor. Memory Blocks Log is a diagnostic tool designed to ensure that memory patch is properly configured and resources allocated during gameplay. SSME is redundant and thus no longer used with the current version of SKSE 1.7.3, as the Sheson memory patch is already integrated. If you do use the mod, you can skip this memory patch all together.
Note: The mod Crash Fixes, provides very similar functions as the Memory Patch (as well as a lot more).
